After immersing ourselves in the history of the bagel right from the source, we decided that the streets of Sydney were in dire need of their very own bagelry, and from there, Smoking Gun was born. 

Long story short, we’ve been through a fair few iterations to get to where we are today. The doughy circle that you know as a bagel deserved a much needed change. And that’s where we roll in, with a modern twist on a trusty old fave. We’re sourdough, stone baked and packed full of seedy, grainy goodness, that’s both better for you, and gives what we reckon is a better bite.

Our sourdough base means our crumb is light and hole-y (in the best way possible), and because we’re stone baked, you’ll get that perfect golden crust (and crunch) every time.

This is our reincarnation of the bagel - bursting with flavour and fuelled by ancient grains, you’ll never look at another bagel the same way.
