In order to craft a gourmet version of the much-loved roll with a hole, we use the finest local ingredients from local suppliers, delivered fresh daily to our door. We hope you enjoy eating them as much as we love making them.

The history of the bagel reads like the pages of a Martin Scorsese script. It’s loaded with passion, struggle, and stiff competition between two cities. Our own bagel story sees Smoking Gun reviving a classic in downtown Sydney.
